What is a WithOthers event?

There are four pillars to a WithOthers Event. You can expect all shows to be all four.

๐Ÿ•บFun: Accessible and enjoyable, through a grounding in great local live music.

โค๏ธ Meaningful: Authentic and participatory. Real human connections around real human issues in intimate human groups.

๐Ÿ˜ Local: Centered on your local community. A space to meet your neighbors and belong more to the place in which you live.

๐Ÿฆบ Safe: All managed by a trained crew of event professionals. A welcoming space for you to get your purpose.


Events are typically <200 capacity, and are held in unique and unconventional event spaces.

I'm a potential Nonprofit/ Artist/ Host/ Crew Member - how do i sign up?

You can sign up here. Our team then processes your application and you'll get approved and onboarded.

Please note: we're expanding city by city starting in LA so if you don't hear back from us it's probably because we're not in your city yet.

How do I get to a show?

Right now, events are invite-only. That means you need to be an existing supporter of one of our artists to get a ticket link. As we grow, we'll start opening up events for more people.

How does the money work?

We charge for tickets to shows. Nonprofits receive a portion of that money, then Artists, Crew, and Hosts get paid. We also take a share to keep this ship afloat ๐Ÿšข.

Are you a nonprofit?

โš–๏ธ We are not a registered 501c3. At this time then your ticket purchases cannot be written off against tax. We're working to figure out how to set things up to allow that to happen. If you can help, contact us!

What are your COVID-19 safety protocols?

Proof of Vaccination

As ofย September 1st, 2021 WithOthers will be requiring proof of vaccination or a negative COVID PCR test (dated no longer than 3 days before the event) from all event attendees, Artists, Activists, Hosts, and WithOthers Crew to attend the show. Proof of vaccination or negative test must be presented at the door of the event.

This policy is being implemented in the interest of the safety and peace of mind for you and the rest of our community.

If you are an Activist, Artist, Host or attendee and cannot provide this information for a show you're scheduled to participate in, please get in touch with our team to discuss your options.

Acceptable Forms of Proof:

  • Original vaccination card, printed copy of vaccination card, or digital copy of vaccination card, accompanied by photo ID. Final dose of vaccine must have been received at least two weeks prior to the event date.
  • Dated printed copy of negative test result or digital copy of negative test result, accompanied by photo ID. Test must be administered within 72 hours of the event date.

Event Venues

For the time being the majority of WithOthers events will be held in outdoor locations. Where the event is held indoor, masking will be encouraged and airflow will be maintained through open windows etc.
